Background

Provide Health is a mobile app designed to help medical practitioners in the United States order drugs.

The owner, James Atkins, MD, had trouble setting up the sign-up process to make it easy for users to register and provide the necessary information. That's when he reached out to Solusign for help.

 

  1. Confusing forms. The forms used in the sign-up process were confusing, requiring applicants to provide different information depending on their profile.
  2. Document management. James needed a way to store the signed documents and information collected by the app.
  3. Complex tracking. James needed a way to track each registration application in a dashboard.

We connected the mobile form in Provide Health's mobile app so that users can easily sign up from within the app
 
Automation #2: Form & Dabase synchronization

We automated the upload of completed sign-up forms and information to Provide Health's database and cloud storage

 
Automation #3: Auto-Email responder
Submitted forms automatically trigger a confirmation email to the user

Results

 

  1. Easy sign-up. The sign-up process became much more user-friendly and easier to use. Conditional logic rules in the forms ensure that users only fill in relevant information, preventing errors or missing data.
  2. Synchronized data. Sign-up information is instantly accessible in James' database, providing easy tracking capabilities
